Abstract
Introduction: IVIg is used to reduce allo-HLA Abs pre/ post-transplant, but the mechanism is unclear. IVIg reacts with HLA-I alleles, which disappears after HLA-E-reactivity is adsorbed out. Methods: We generated an HLA-E mAb (TFL-007) that mimics the HLA-reactivity of IVIg, and investigated if it suppresses HLA-Abs secretion by activated Bmem cells and immortalized B hybridoma.
