Abstract
Benign fibrous histiocytoma (BFH) is a benign mesenchymal neoplasm, composed of fibroblasts and histiocytes in variable proportions; it is uncommon to find BFH intraorally. To date, approximately 50 oral BFH cases have been reported; of them, 2 cases affected the palate.
