Abstract
A 36 year old woman with 20+ years of diarrhea and abdominal pain presented to our institution for evaluation of recent escalation of symptoms. Initial evaluation included CT abdomen/pelvis, which demonstrated thickening of the terminal ileum with reactive lymphadenopathy.
