Abstract
We report a case of glomerulonephritis with monoclonal immunoglobulin (Ig) A deposits as a form of monoclonal gammopathy of renal significance (MGRS) caused by monoclonal immunoglobulins without blood disorders in a 41‐year‐old woman.
