Abstract
Polymeric nanoparticles based on cyclodextrins are currently undergoing clinical trials as new promising nanotherapeutics. In light of this interest, we investigated cyclodextrin cross-linked polymers with different lengths as carriers for the poorly water-soluble drug sorafenib.
