Abstract
Recent reports suggest declining prevalence of dementia. If reliable, a comparable decline should be detectable in the prevalence of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). We tested this hypothesis in two birth cohorts on reaching age about 65 years some 18 years apart.
