Abstract
The effectiveness of an oral administration of insulin microspheres (IMS) containing a protease inhibitor was evaluated in normal and diabetic rats. The dosage form is based on the incorporation of insulin with protease inhibitor into polyacrylic polymer (Eudragit L100).
