Extent and rate of oral drug absorption in minipigs: Comparison with mice, rats and humans

In this study, in order to evaluate the usability of minipigs as an experimental animal in the oral drug development process, extent and rate of oral absorption of 17 commercially drugs were investigated in minipigs and compared with those in mice rats and humans.
