Abstract
Question: A 65-year-old man was transferred to our hospital for hematochezia 2 days after screening colonoscopy at an outside hospital. During the procedure, removal of a large carpeted, sessile polyp overlying the cecal fold was attempted; however, it was unsuccessful given its location and size.
