Abstract
Maize starch was plasticized by glycerol, choline chloride ([Chol][Cl]) and ionic liquids (Choline acetate ([Chol][Ace]), 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium Chloride ([EMIM][Cl]) and 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate ([EMIM][Ace]).
