Abstract
Two polysaccharides, ALF1 and ALF2 were obtained from the fermentation liquid of Floccularia luteovirens. These fractions had good performance in scavenging radicals and ALF1 exhibited obvious antioxidant activities. Further, linkage analysis and NMR were used to characterize the structures of ALF1.
