Abstract
Pyridox(am)ine 5′-phosphate oxidase (PNPO) deficiency is a rare autosomal recessive vitamin-responsive epileptic encephalopathy that manifests with a clinically and electrographically observable antiepileptic response to pyridoxine or pyridoxal 5′-phosphate (P5P).
