Utilization of feed resources in the production of Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) in Norway: An update for 2016

The utilization of feed resources in Norwegian salmon farming in 2010 and 2012 has been reported previously. The present study is an update for 2016, along with data on whole body composition of slaughter sized salmon. In 2016, in total 1,252,573 tonnes of salmon were produced.
