Abstract
This study was conducted to investigate antibacterial properties of the colloidal silver nanoparticles (SNPs) and eugenol, alone and in combination, on Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella Typhimurium and their interactions with food constituents (fat, protein, and carbohydrate).
