Isoflavone accumulation and the metabolic gene expression in response to persistent UV-B irradiation in soybean sprouts

This study investigated the effects of persistent ultraviolet B (UV-B) irradiation on isoflavone accumulation in soybean sprouts. Three malonyl isoflavones were increased by UV-B.
