Abstract
Background Outdoor workers experience chronic exposure to harmful ultraviolet radiation (UV) elevating their risk for skin cancer. Methods A controlled randomized trial promoted the adoption of workplace sun safety policy and employee education at 98 public organizations in Colorado.
