Abstract
The aims of this work were to extract the enzymatic residue polysaccharides (EnRPS) from Pleurotus ostreatus and investigate the antioxidant and anti-hyperlipidemic effects on high-fat-high-cholesterol emulsion (HFHCE)-induced liver injured mice.
