Abstract
MDIMP is an isoindoline derived of leucine containing an ester group. molecular docking studies suggest that mdimp interacts with voltage-gated calcium channels (vgccs). In theory, the molecule binds to pore-leaning segments and interacts with one of the glutamates belonging to the selectivity filter (e736, located in domain ii of cav1.2).
