Chemical, pharmacological and nutritional quality assessment of black pepper (Piper nigrumL.) seed cultivars

The present research has been performed on black pepper of two cultivars to evaluate their nutritional quality and safety issue on the basis of proximate, chemical and pharmacological properties.
