Abstract
Thrombocytopenic patients requiring invasive surgery have few options to improve their platelet count preoperatively. This is a single-centre, retrospective review of thrombocytopenic patients receiving the thrombopoietin receptor agonist romiplostim perioperatively to allow for surgical interventions.
