Cup-like Blasts in 2 Pediatric Patients With NPM-1-Positive Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Cup-like phenotype is defined in some subtypes of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and have been associated with NPM-1 and/or FLT3-ITD positivity in the presence of normal karyotype in >60% of patients.
