Abstract
The purpose of this work was designed to investigate the hepatoprotective and antioxidant effects of enzymatic-extractable mycelia zinc polysaccharides (En-MZPS) from Pleurotus eryngii var. tuoliensis on the hyperlipidemic mice induced by high-fat-high-cholesterol emulsion (HFHCM).
