Pharmacokinetics and Effects of Glipizide in Healthy Volunteers

The efficacy of glipizide was assessed in 12 healthy volunteers following single-dose administration of a rapid-release soft gelatin capsule containing the drug in solution (2.5 and 5mg), in conventional tablet (2.5 and 5mg) and intravenous (2.5mg) formulations.
