Abstract
Postoperative pancreatic fistulas (POPFs) are potentially morbid complications that often require therapeutic interventions. Distal pancreatectomy performed during cytoreductive surgery (CRS) and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemoperfusion (HIPEC) puts patients at risk for POPF.
