The influence of initial pH value, various nitrogen sources, plant oils, and modes of propagation (shake-flask and static culture) on the production of biomass, exopolysaccharide (EPS), adenosine and, in particular, cordycepin, by Cordyceps militaris CCRC 32219 were investigated.
