Abstract
Morphine was given to two patients suspected of having postcholecystectomy dyskinesia to induce spasm of sphincter of Oddi and was successful in reproducing pain, while common bile duct pressure was continuously monitored with an indwelling high fidelity microtransducer catheter introduced by duodenoscopy.
