Abstract
A trial on turbot (Psetta maxima) juveniles was undertaken to evaluate the effect of replacing dietary fishmeal (FM) with a complementary mixture of plant proteins (PP) consisting of soybean meal (SBM), wheat gluten meal (WGM) and corn gluten meal (CGM).
