Abstract
In this study, exopolysaccharides (EPS) produced from Hypocreales sp. NCHU01 was carried out in the submerged cultivation. To find the optimal conditions, factors such as carbon and nitrogen source concentrations, pH, temperature, magnesium ion, and potassium ion levels were considered.
