Characterization of a dCTP Transport Activity Reconstituted from Human Mitochondria
Abstract
A protein fraction of mitochondria from human acute lymphocytic leukemia cells, which could be reconstituted into proteoliposomes to have dCTP transport activity, has been partially purified by hydroxyapatite and blue Sepharose chromatography.
