Structural characterization and antioxidant activity of a polysaccharide from the fruiting bodies of cultured Cordyceps militaris

The water-soluble crude polysaccharides were obtained from the fruiting bodies of cultured Cordyceps militaris by hot water extraction followed by ethanol precipitation.
