Tocilizumab for the treatment of large‐vessel vasculitis (giant cell arteritis, Takayasu arteritis) and polymyalgia rheumatica

Objective The interleukin‐6 pathway is up‐regulated in giant cell arteritis (GCA), Takayasu arteritis (TA), and polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR).
