Abstract
Immunohistochemical detection of intracellular myeloperoxidase, a major constituent of primary granules of neutrophilic myeloid cells, was determined in paraffin sections of 161 specimens using a rabbit polyclonal antibody to human myeloperoxidase and an indirect immunoperoxidase technique.
