Antithrombotic Therapy in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation and Acute Coronary Syndrome

Acute coronary syndrome and atrial fibrillation are both common and can occur in the same patient. Combination therapy with dual antiplatelet therapy and oral anticoagulation increases risk of bleeding.
