To the Editor: Brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings in craniofacial morphea including en coup de sabre (ECDS) localized scleroderma and Parry-Romberg syndrome (PRS; progressive facial hemiatrophy) are not unusual1, but the relevance of rare abnormalities is unknown.
