Abstract
We examined associations of diet, physical activity, cigarette smoking, and body mass index (BMI), separately and as a cumulative lifestyle score, with incident hospitalized HF with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) and HF with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF).
