Abstract
The present study showed the bioactive properties such as antioxidant, quenching, structural and antifungal in six Amaranthus (A.) hypochondriacus laboratory and industrial products. The values of CUPRAC radical scavenging, quenching and antifungal capacities in industrial samples were higher than in laboratory.
