Abstract
In this study, brewers spent grain (BSG) arabinoxylans-based nanocomposite films were prepared by solvent casting of arabinoxylans (AX) suspensions containing different amounts of nanofibrillated cellulose (NFC, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 75% mass fraction).
