Abstract
A 78-year-old man with atrial fibrillation (CHA2DS2VASc score of 3) and contraindication to oral anticoagulation owing to intracranial hemorrhage underwent successful left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO) with a 22-mm Amplatzer Amulet.
