Abstract
The extraction of radish seed oil (RSO) with subcritical propane (SP) was investigated. The effects of pressure (6 and 10 MPa) and temperature (303 and 333 K) on the oil yield and chemical composition of the RSO were determined and the results were compared with ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) and Soxhlet extractor (SE) using n-hexane.
