Abstract
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) independently increases the risk of stroke and small vessel disease (SVD). This study compared SVD and a transcranial Doppler (TCD)-based marker of intracranial vascular resistance (pulsatility index, PI) in post-stroke patients with and without CKD.
