Abstract
Bacillus sp. TYF-LIM-B05, which is isolated from spoilage vinegar, is resistant to high temperature, high concentrated alcohol, acid, and salt, and can produce ethanol from mono-, di-, polysaccharide, and complex biomass as the sole carbon source.
