In this issue of the American Journal of Epidemiology, Huang et al. (Am J Epidemiol. 2020;189(7):660–670) report an inverse relationship between lifetime ovulatory years (LOY) and circulating levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), counter to their hypothesis.
