Novel liquid crystal nanoparticles (LCNs) composed of isostearyl glyceryl ether (GE-IS) and ethoxylated hydrogenated castor oil (HCO-60) were developed for the enhanced transdermal delivery of 4-biphenyl acetic acid (BAA).
