Mutational profile and genotype/phenotype correlation of non-familial pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma

About 30%-40% of patients with pheochromocytoma (PCC) and paraganglioma (PGL) have underlying germline mutations in certain susceptibility genes despite absent family history of these tumors.
