Abstract
Hyperpatulones A (1) and B (2), two new polycyclic polyprenylated acylphloroglucinols (PPAPs), were isolated from the leaves of Hypericum patulum. Their unusual 6,7,5-tricyclic system with a peroxide bridge structures were elucidated by comprehensive analysis of their spectroscopic and HRESIMS data.
