Abstract
This article is aimed at deaf children literacy and addresses the error frequency in a writing sample. The dataset comes from a writing word task. The writing errors was classified into two types: lexical and phonological. The sample was composed of 199 deaf users of sign language, 15 deaf with hearing prosthesis, and 44 hearing children.
