Abstract
Collecting ducts carcinoma (CDC) is a rare and aggressive histological subtype of renal cancer accounting for only 1% of renal tumors. Usually patients present in bad clinical conditions due to a symptomatic disease with synchronous metastasis. Due to the rarity of CDC, data from prospective trials evaluating the best treatment for these patients are limited.
