Western guest experiences of a Pyongyang international hotel, North Korea: Satisfaction under conditions of constrained choice

As little is known about guest experiences when considering tourism in countries such as North Korea where there is tight governmental control of tourist activities, this paper examines guests' perceptions of a North Korean hotel.
