In Search of Spiritual Organizations

How are spiritual related workplace practices in for-profit business organizations presented to the public gaze? This is the question we address in this paper. To answer it we examine in detail the websites of businesses that are known to be endorsing and actively encouraging spirituality related workplace practice.
