Irinotecan (camptothecin-11 (CPT-11)) is an anticancer drug that has been used in the treatment of a wide spectrum of cancer, and irinotecan-containing regimens such as FOLFIRI and FOLFOXIRI are standard chemotherapy regimens for advanced colorectal cancer.
